Wonderful Staff! We had a pickup order and did not know there was another facility. However, they made it right for us immediately. I would buy from CircleB over any other place for diecasts.
My son did an order of several cars last year. I am in disbelief of how long it takes them to actually get the cars in from wherever they order them and then send to anyone. We have even moved in the process, and it was like pulling teeth to get them to update our address!! My son came to me two weeks ago and asked to order more cars from them, and I said no way. We are not going through this process again.

Have always had a great experience with Plan B Sales and Circle B Diecast! Great shipping conditions and even better customer service. Had an incorrect order due to an almost identical item number, just a human error, and they were incredibly convenient to deal with. Have nothing but good things to say about them!
