I'm just a grandma who lost the metal connector for my grandson's co-pilot bike. When I took the parts I had to "Plan B" they created an identical replacement piece in one day and I was shocked by how little they charged me. They were SO kind and even showed my grandson part of their operations. He was thrilled!
I stopped in for a small piece I needed. Most places would have told me to pound sand, not worth the effort. But the boss (shame on me for not getting his name) had an employee take time out & locate what I needed. That's good customer service in a time when that seems a forgotten trait.
