We tried to work with the owner Bernadette at Plan B. She was disrespectful and far from professional when we were trying to resolve simple issues of how to address simple concerns on how to proceed with meeting our business needs especially during this pandemic. She does not communicate well and is abrasive. I would look elsewhere as her staff seems to be very cordial and nice...but she is a piece of work. Be careful.
