Ron at Plan and Permit made our ADU planning process go smoothly. We knew we made the right choice when the Lake Forest planning department clerk took a brief look at the plans, smiled, and said, "I am familiar with this Architect's work. You should have few to no plan corrections. You made a good choice." He was right. Ron and his associates were responsive, and his professionalism is unmatched. Our plans were approved with everything on our design wish list.

Great experience. Excellent service. Ron was responsive since day one. Scheduled a site visit right away and kept constant communication through the whole process. I hired him to do the plans for an ADU. He took his time to ensure we were satisfied with the layout. Plans were approved pretty quick, city retuned them once requesting minor corrections. He knows his stuff and price is reasonable.
