Horrible install. Paid thousands of dollars for my dream carpet and now I get to look at seams- super obvious, ugly seams. Had them come back and look at it and they were supposed to address them but I’ve been told by other installers since that there is nothing to be done to fix what their installer did and I’m just going to have to live with it or buy new carpet. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. Ask if their installer has experience.
We have had so much trouble with installation and follow up from this company. We first ordered our hardwood flooring in May 2019. It finally was installed in September 2019, but they installed the stairs incorrectly! They reinstalled the stairs flooring, but did a messy, sloppy job, and chipped several stair noses and left large gaps in the planks. RecommendedI had flooring installed in my mobile dog grooming van and it is absolutely beautiful! The turnaround time was great, the work is crisp and clean, and I really liked that I was consulted on options during the install. I am very selective about who I leave my van with as it is my storefront, and I had no concerns about it being in their capable hands- Absolutely recommend!
Tabitha & Travis were most helpful in planning my whole-house flooring renovation. They had wonderful suggestions and were prompt in providing estimates. Once decisions were made, they were quick to obtain the materials and schedule the installation. Leo, the installer, was fabulous. He arrived promptly everyday; was skillful, polite, pleasant, and knowledgable; and volunteered to come in on a Saturday to complete the job. I had a flood earlier this spring and had to have all of my flooring replaced in the lower half of my house. Big Street Construction had recommended that I use Plambeck’s. When I first walked into their store I was very impressed on the different verities of flooring and the quality. I was greeted right away by Travis and Deana who by the way are very friendly.
