I've ordered 2 things from this company and both things I've ordered have been exquisite quality. The 1st item I ordered a couple years ago I had picked a picture and I got an email from someone at the company saying there might quality issues with the picture I had chosen and to see if I could send them another picture to make sure what they made was for me was perfect, I sent another one and the hanging ornament I got was perfect!
