Went in to ask about a bath tub that they are dealers for and both guys where completely clueless and had no desire to sell me a tub. They where to lazy to look them up for me. Similar thing happened a few months earlier when I was trying to get sewage basin to rough in for my basement. Don’t waste your time with these guys.
Came here looking for fireplace options for our establishment, and were put on the back burner five months ago after having paid them in full. Our service is still not done, and have been told they now have “bigger fish to fry.” Will be happy to change this review once Craig does his part!
I purchased a Charger Iron Breaker II in Feb 2019 and with installation was $2,200.00. In July 2020 it started leaking and they supplied a new head 2 months later after a lot of complaining. In December it started leaking again and they said they would no longer cover parts. They are saying my water must be really rusty, But they had no problem telling me it would work in the beginning and selling it to me. They are not standing behind what they sell and have not been easy to deal with after taking my money. NOT RECOMMENDED!... read more
