Dr. Bass and his entire staff was very professional and a pleasure to work with It was my first tooth pulled and everyone was so nice and they made me feel so good. If you need to have a tooth removed this is the place to go
Saw Dr. Kneller with my 3 year old after she had an accident and hit her teeth and face. He was reassuring, comforting, and explained things to her so she understood and didn’t panic. He gave my husband and I recommendations and had a great chair side manner with us and our daughter. The front desk was welcoming and reassuring as well.
They are very professional and caring people. They went above and beyond to try and have my issues covered by both dental and medical. I really appreciated that.
Dr. Bacigalupo made my oral surgery quick, easy, and comfortable. He explained every step of the wisdom teeth pulling as he went through it and reassured me throughout the entire process. The follow up recovery nurse Marilyn explained the recovery thoroughly and answered all of our questions. I even received a follow up check-in phone call a few hours after my surgery to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend Plainview oral! They run a tight ship and make you feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.
Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My son had a great experience. The dentist was great at telling us step by step what was going to happen.
Very long waits on hold, very rude receptionists, disorganized, and they get annoyed when asked questions. I would never reccomend this place.
The doctors are top-notch, pleasant to talk to, good bed-side manners, professional. The staff is top-notch too.
