I lived there for a year and it was terrible. We went through 2 manager and 3 maintenance people. My back door leaked every time it rained and flooded my house more than once. I told them multiple times about it. As it was winding down to our last couple of months there we were threatened eviction twice for not paying by the 5th of the month even though we paid well before the 25th (when they can start the eviction process). As long as you don't mind the occasional water bug running across the floor, or a major draft from both doors in the winter, or 30 inch tall dandelions in your yard to go with tall grass, it's really an alright place to live.
