We lived there for over a year in 2022 and rented a 3BD/2.5 BA. We flooded badly once or twice a month. However, the maintenance crew still cleaned it up and replaced what was needed. There were small floods frequently. We have experienced a lot of wildlife, bats- unsure if they were rabid. The health department came by and said they were testing and then on the news there were reports of rabid bats in the area. We got a mouse, and several huge spiders.
