From first contact to finished job this Lubbock company is first class in every respect. They’re responsive and the crew who worked on my home was a first class group of people. My yards looked tidier when they left than when they arrived and they worked hard to finish the job in one day. Locally owned business is probably more critical with a roofer than any other trade, and Plains Roofing is the best of the best in locally owned businesses.
I recently had a roof installed by Plains Roofing and had a very positive experience. I primarily dealt with Travis, who was always very communicative and helped make the process easy. The crew that was up on the roof appears to have done a good job on the installation and they did a great job picking up all of the debris and mess that's associated with the installation of a new roof. Overall very happy with the experience and I would use them again
I got about 7 different quotes on a new roof, Plains roofing was by far the fairest. Travis was very upfront honest which is not what I getting from other contractors. I really appreciated this. They got me on the schedule quickly the guys came and worked their butts off, very nice friendly group of guys they finished and cleaned very well in one day, infact cleaned up so well they left my back porch looking better than it did before they came.
