NO BETTER HOSPITAL IN ALB/RIO RANCHO! This hospital exceeding all of our expectations for my husbands hospital stay. We were treated with kindness and respect the entire time. The 4th Floor Nursing Staff ( ANNEKE, BECCA, ANDREANNA and others ) are beyond amazing each and every person went above and beyond. I had a referral from my new doctor. Instead of asking me to fill out a case history, or for more information, these doctors chose to look at a limited file. With this limited information, they chose to deny me an office visit. I have an auto-immune disease which goes hand in hand with rheumatoid arthritis.

I have siactica. The PA said it was not an emergency. Have me pull sent me home. I needed relief! Not pills. I had been throwing up what pills they have me a week ago. Needed help with the pain all I got was to bad not an emergency go home. This was very unprofessional. Who is some one to tell another person your pain is not bad enough. Never go back.

The doctors are great. Checking in is horrible. They don't have anybody to answer the phone for appointments. People with appointments also have to check in. These are appointments, not calls to say-I'm coming in with--
