Received multiple text messages about a bill. Called the number they provided and was an endless loop. Said could not authenticate my information. Looked up the number online and person answering was extremely rude and unhelpful. Zero stars, do not recommend. Sadly had to give 1 star to be able to post review.
I just received a call back after leaving several messages to make a payment. The lady was incredibly rude.
I have questions about my bill and when I called they didn't have a phone number to give me to speak with a billing department. What's up with that??
Billing is ridiculous. I paid at the point of care and was told I should expect no further bills. Much to my surprise, I did receive a bill, but received only one notice (months after the appointment) and I received it after the payment period had ended.
