Don't bother calling. If you are a current customer great, if not they want to know WHEN was the last time you were here to "guide you". Guide me with what? I want to make an appointment for services. Hands phone to someone else to assist. Who tells me they are just trying to guide me. "Ok, what do you need from me?" Today they are booked. Visited this place for the first time for JUST an eyebrow wax. I did not know I needed an appointment. The man was very unwelcoming and turned me away. Will not go again.
