I love living here. It’s a nice community. It’s very quiet and it’s very peaceful and the rent is very reasonable over here. You won’t get rent like this anywhere else.
These apartments provide VERY BAD service. THERE IS NEVER PARKING FOR RESIDENTS. Everyone who lives there has up to 3 cars, and one new resident doesn't even find parking. DO NOT RENT HERE.
They’ll scam you, they will ask you to apply for the apartment coming up soon and run your credit with a $25 non refundable fee, just to call later to tell you the apartments are given to someone else..... beware!!!
The parking in these apartments needs to be upgraded. No one told me that the parking lots flood when it rains. And the insurance that you have to get when you move in does not cover your vehicle, that's just bull.
