These apartments provide VERY BAD service. THERE IS NEVER PARKING FOR RESIDENTS. Everyone who lives there has up to 3 cars, and one new resident doesn't even find parking. DO NOT RENT HERE.
They’ll scam you, they will ask you to apply for the apartment coming up soon and run your credit with a $25 non refundable fee, just to call later to tell you the apartments are given to someone else..... beware!!!
The parking in these apartments needs to be upgraded. No one told me that the parking lots flood when it rains. And the insurance that you have to get when you move in does not cover your vehicle, that's just bull.
I moved here 2019. I don’t have any problems with neighbors . I had a little bit of maintenance problem but Carlos and Louis the superintendents took care of it right away, they did the job and cleaned after the job was done , that was very nice of them and told me if I have any issues again don’t hesitate to call the office . Staff in the office is nice and pleasant and attentive to any issues you might have. I have 0 pest problems.
