When I walked in the door I could hear an argument between the staff in the back room! I should have run then! Then the information I was given last night about a medication I paid for, but never received, was not refunded. (The only reason I went there the 2nd time). Of course I wasn't told this until I was checking out. Very unprofessional!!!
We have gone several other places with our dogs over the past 4 years. We are so glad we found PVC as they are so kind and loving to the animals. Dr Blaso is always attentive to our dogs when we bring them in, sits on the floor with them and truly cares about them feeling comfortable and getting the best care. We feel very secure that we are getting the best care and advice for our two furry family members. Thank you!!!
Dr Blaso is the best! He has always treated my dogs and I with exceptional care and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
