En enero tuvimos una cita con la doctora, llevamos un año yendo al pediatra y fue la primera vez que vimos a la doctora, ya que siempre nos atiende un doctor. Le preguntamos respetuosamente que quién era la doctora de mi hija (tiene un año y 10meses) ya que queríamos ser atendidos por el mismo doctor y dar seguimiento a mi hija, ella se molestó diciendo que ya nos había atendido antes, lo cual es mentira ya que nunca la habíamos visto, el problema escaló más lejos y nos gritó y dijo que nos iba a atender más. I love the staff they are amazing but had to change my kids because doctors zonn is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk to you with compassion or with respect . One thing I saying it like it is and another way is showing kindness when you speak.
