I had the pleasure of working with Jorge...Even after reading some of the other reviews, just have to believe you cannot please everyone. I purchased a high-quality trailer with 8" ceiling, and several upgrades. Jorge was very professional throughout, and trailer was exactly as ordered even though we made changes several times. Spend more money and buy somewhere else. The owner Barney Cox won't get on a phone call to resolve a dispute, hides behind his office people. My salesman, and I use that term loosely, Jorge Zeledon, is an idiot. Signed off on an order form from the manufacturer and never reviewed it for accuracy. Had my trailer built completely wrong and then wouldn't answer my calls to discuss correcting it or compensating me for HIS error. IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH PLAIN OL TRAILERS--BUYER BEWARE.

Zero stars is what this business deserves. I would not recommend these folks at all. They are very unprofessional. We ordered a custom trailer at the beginning of the year and every communication we ever had was like pulling teeth. Never answered their phones, did not return calls in a timely manner when they did call they never had answers. Emails were just as unproductive. Horrible Experience with this Company, I would not recommend using this company at all. I ordered a custom trailer with the intension of waiting 4-6 months for my order which i am sure most customers are not will to do and after almost 3 months in to the order they refused to work with me and canceled my order. I am aware just as everyone else is that there is a global pandemic and materials are not easy to come by. If I could give these people zero stars and write a review I would. By far the worst experience in my life with these people and this shoty company. Went yesterday to pick up a trailer we ordered 3 weeks ago. Ordered an 18 x 8.5 foot trailer. 6 hours there and back. When we got there to pick up the trailer the d rings were placed incorrectly. The manager and I say that lightly Candace Spivey refused to have the d rings moved, she refused to let us leave that trailer and order a new one. She stated the d rings were place... read more
