They never answer the phone I have called 20 times and all it does is ring for 3 mins then the line goes busy. I would do a half star or even a negative start if I could, they are not very good
Plain City Pediatrics is wonderful. We always find the office to be clean and organized. We are greeted promptly when we arrive and never wait for any length of time. Dr. Fenn provides the upmost in patient care and has gone above an beyond for our family on several occasions. When not one but two of our children had different chromosomal abnormalities, Dr. Fenn was there to translate the flurry of information we receiving into coherent thoughts. Very negative experience! Agree with the other reviews as to the way they conduct business and the front desk is VERY unprofessional!!!
I switched my son to this practice several months ago. My family has really enjoyed both Dr. Fenn and her nurse. I love that Plain City Pediatrics has an LPN rather than an MA. I am an RN myself, so I always appreciate offices that choose to hire professionals who practice under their own license. This office is always clean and cheerful. I feel we get plenty of time with the doctor who carefully considers our opinions and listens to our concerns, which hasn't always been our experience at other practices. The front desk lady is quite negative (in nearly all my interactions with her) the doctor is not a fan of mine, the only reason this place is used my by family is because the location is close. other than that, i'd go elsewhere.
