Seems I am just another one of many that feel Plaid does not care about customers. Here goes: Support is terrible. All AI and useless. Plaid connects to every account at a financial institution, so if you have a personal checking account and a business checking account both get connected to the third party app. However, you cannot then open a separate Rocket Money account for each because all accounts are connect to the first one. i was supposed to get money from coinbase sent to my bank account. when i filled out the plaid information and put in the correct information it said incorrect credentials not true. so cant get my money, waiting for coinbase to : look into it: This is truly agonizing and should be illegal. its my money , i want it. how can i get my money . will be contacting lots of online forums to see what to do
Plaid doesn’t have any customer support department and ios app. I cannot login to my account as my old phone number is used for MFA. This is my 4th year trying to fix the issue. Now the only way to secure my account is when this company goes out of business and they delete my data.
