Denied my prescription refill without notifying me or telling me why. I had to call my pharmacy three times before I was told my medicine was being denied, and by then it was after hours on a Friday so I can't even attempt to sort anything out until Monday. No option to leave a message after hours, either.
They were very clean and professional during my visit during the COVID19 pandemic.
Honestly, the doctors really need more experience because they literally gave me a disease that I supposedly had but when I went to a real hospital it was just a minor issue. ALSO the nurses ordered an MRI for me at the local hospital, BUT THEY ORDERED IT FOR ANOTHER BODY PART. So I had to redo it which cost me so much money. They make you pay so many fees but they just cover booking an appointment and walking into the building. To speak my truth, this is just a big scam for poor college students.
