If you reserve the chefs table and have a family emergency and can't make your dinner reservations at PLAE, AND you still meet their minimum requirement with 6 people in your party, have no fear PLAE will charge your friends credit cards for you not showing up for dinner! Yup my husband and I couldn't make it to dinner due to an emergency and they charged my coworkers 140.00 for food we never received!! That my friends is a high class restaurant!

I grew up in Green Bay & don't get to come home very often, but when I'm in town, Plae Bistro is a MUST. Absolutely love their food & excellent service. A gem in Green Bay!
