We got there 30 min early so we could sit in the bar and relax. The hostess came up while my boyfriend was at the bar getting our wine and wanted to seat us immediately. She just stood there and kept asking if we were ready. Felt very rushed. Thankfully once we were seated the waitress was very relaxed, professional and we were not rushed. Our shareables, dinners and dessert were awesome, wine list was great and the atmosphere is beautiful. Will definitely be back again and again.

Plae Bistro never disappoints. Fresh, flavorful cuisine locally sourced & superbly prepared from salads, burgers, seafood, chicken, & steak...all uniquely prepared. Lobster (or Chicken) Mac & Cheese is divine; the shrimp & beet salad with field greens, feta cheese, red onion & avocado is delicious! Excellent service and elegantly appointed decor. Great place for a special occasion. Truly a fine dining experience.
Plae Bistro is absolutely the best fine dining place in Green Bay hands down!
Loved the atmosphere. The food was so good. We had a flat bread as an appetizer, had an old fashion as we waited and my husband had the sea bass while I had the halibut as our main course. All so delicious. Only thing is I felt the drinks were a bit pricey, but that won't stop us from coming back. It was all so delicious.
