I absolutely love living in this apartment! Property manager is kind and easy understanding. The maintenance team is incredibly! They're always responsive friendly and efficient. Any issue we had has been resolved quickly. We've a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. Thank you for all your hard work.
Raquel the property manager is great. She helped me with every detail every step of the way. If you are looking for a place in Edison or Highland Park for a reasonable price this is the place to go!!
Definitely run by people who don't care. The apartment was initially set up by cutting many corners. Tile doesnt go all the way to the cabinets, carpet isn't tucked into corners properly, etc. The rent is raised every month yet no work is put into the property and repairs are rarely done. Upon moving in the apartment wasn't fully cleaned and moving out had to wait an hour for someone to walk through the apartment with me. Lived here for 3 years because I am a student and it was cheap but you get what you pay for.
