I absolutely love Dr Placheril and his staff. He always know the right things to do for our children. You can call anytime day or night and he will always personally get back to you within 10 minutes. Every single time one of my children has gotten sick he has made time to see them that day. I could not be happier with this office.
Doctor Placheril and his staff always make our family a priority. We can count on being seen within 24 hours of requesting an appointment. Doctor Placheril listens to our concerns and helps us to understand the diagnosis and what our instructions are to feel better quickly. We highly recommend Doctor Placheril and his wonderful staff as your family's pediatrician.
My son used to be terrified to go to his former pediatrician's office. When I made the switch, the difference was immediate. My son LOVES coming to see Dr. Placheril. He is never afraid anymore and this makes my heart happy. The entire staff is wonderful as well. We are always greeted with smiles and kindness from everyone and they are always concerned about the best interests of my son and now infant daughter. I can't say enough about Dr. P and his AMAZING team!
Very patient and kind my kids love him
Dr. Placheril's office always finds a way to get us in if my kids are ill. He and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. He spends as much time needed to make my kids comfortable with him before examination. We were once presented with an emergency situation and he did not discount our fears, recommending we go to All Children's Hospital (who initially did discount our concerns) where we ended up having surgery on our one week old.
Our first visit with our newborn at Dr. Placheril's office was very disappointing as he would not answer important questions on what we should do to initially treat fever or digestive issues..etc. The second appointment was even worse as his bedside manner became even more disrespectful. He stated, where do you get this information? very rudely when my response to his question of why wasn't I bottle feeding my 2 week old. I had read lots of articles that advised 4-6 weeks if breastfeeding.
