We bought a Hot Springs Envoy at Placeway Pools Spas & Patio Wausau. The sales men are extremely nice, polite, and helpful. When we were initially interested in the purchase we were shocked by the servise, which was a contributing factor to buying the hot tub. After buying the hot tub the exceptional customer service continued. In one instance we stopped by because we were in town and had some unanswered questions.
