Places & Spaces have managed my property for over a year now and have provided outstanding service! While they are a smaller outfit, but in my opinion, they provide customer service on par with or better than any of the bigger property managers around in the area. The tenant recently had a water leak near Christmas and they jumped into action, and were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. Recommended!!
I had an opportunity to work with the staff at Places & Spaces for a little over a year. Throughout that time the staff had to undergo constant harassment from my ex and each time they handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. Y'all better check on your homes. This prop management comp does not do repairs or takes care of mold. 1 person I know has blk mold in their home, they've been trying to get this management comp to deal with it for weeks now (it's everywhere. Another friend who I know is renting a different unit through this company, their Heater broke 2 weeks ago, and they stopped returning phone calls. I have been a tenant since 1999. Between the studio apartment I live in today and the one bedroom house I lived in for almost 11 years. I don't know any buddy else I would rent from! Kelly Mike and Apryl are just like family to me! If there's ever a problem it usually gets fixed the same day or within 24 hours. Even on weekends they came and fixed something within hours. I've been very pleased working with Places & Spaces Property Management. Our application to rent a home was done very timely, and our home was in excellent condition upon arrival. Their management website is easy to navigate and we have had no problems. I would recommend their services to others.
