Places & Spaces have managed my property for over a year now and have provided outstanding service! While they are a smaller outfit, but in my opinion, they provide customer service on par with or better than any of the bigger property managers around in the area. The tenant recently had a water leak near Christmas and they jumped into action, and were able to fix the issue at a reasonable cost. Recommended!!
I had an opportunity to work with the staff at Places & Spaces for a little over a year. Throughout that time the staff had to undergo constant harassment from my ex and each time they handled the situation with courtesy and professionalism. I have been a tenant since 1999. Between the studio apartment I live in today and the one bedroom house I lived in for almost 11 years. I don't know any buddy else I would rent from! Kelly Mike and Apryl are just like family to me! If there's ever a problem it usually gets fixed the same day or within 24 hours. Even on weekends they came and fixed something within hours. Best property management I’ve ever rented from. They always call back quickly, whenever we needed something fixed or pest control I always got a call from whoever was coming out the same day, they have a super easy online portal to pay rent, I could go on all day about how well they took care of us. On top of them being a really great property management, they are just really kind and easy to work with.
I've been very pleased working with Places & Spaces Property Management. Our application to rent a home was done very timely, and our home was in excellent condition upon arrival. Their management website is easy to navigate and we have had no problems. I would recommend their services to others.
