In my experience, Placer Title Company has failed to perform their fiduciary duty as a title company. They have the escrow officers sitting on executed contract from me with contract terms like contingency removal dates and closing dates. When I called to follow up on the escrow process, their excuse was that they can't do anything to process the escrow until my agent gives them the go ahead. This is very weird Placer Title Company not doing what they are paid for. They just sit on the executed contract and wait and wait... read more

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TITLE SERVICE!! They are the worst. Incompetent, inattentive, bordering on negligent. They will put things in the documents and never tell you they are there. Expect no useful service from these ignorant and ridiculous people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR TITLE SERVICE...they may actually point out important things rather than smile and say nothing at all. You always have the right to use another title company! Tell your real estate professional that you refuse to work with these morons.
