Placer Title in Elk Grove is the best! Always professional and quick to communicate. They are my "go to" title company. Jeanette and her team are beyond great!!!
Currently working with this title company. They are terrible about keeping our loan officer in the loop during this whole process. Their excuse is that they are "forgetting" to CC her on the emails. If you work with them, just know you will have to do the heavy lifting of making sure everyone is on the same page at every step of the process.
We had several challenges on our closing. Jocelyn and Janette were really on top of things! If it wasn't for them, we would probably still be trying to get things solved. They went above and beyond! Very professional and knowledgeable. Their communication skills are excellent! They made a hard process, easier. I highly recommend working with them.
