We have been renting from them for the past 2 years. We haven't had any issues or problems. They are great about answering phones in a timely manner and returning calls too. Would like to see more online options on their webpage. Otherwise, good service!

Leaving our friends – We rented from Placer Property Management for the past seven years and had only good experiences. But with low house prices and interest rates, we finally decided to buy. Our repair calls were always handled right away, with one short exception when an air conditioner part had to be ordered. Before we moved out, Michelle came over and checked the house. I contacted Placer Property Management and they had three properties in Roseville to show me. One property vacant and two properties were occupied. We looked at the vacant property and set appointments to look at the other two. The two occupied units were set to be empty within one week. What Placer Property Management did was they met me the following weekend for my husband and I to see the houses again after they were vacant. We chose one of them and have moved in. rude family owned business, make excuses for each other – I found a house I LOVE and wanted to rent. The woman who showed us around was really sweet but we wanted to wait a day or two to submit our application- just in case there was something else that caught our eye. When we got home from viewing the home I remembered a question I forgot to ask so I called and left a voicemail. I was a tenant with this company and my experience with them is not good. First of all go line by line any contract you sign with them (that is if you decide to go with them). Instead of the usual 5 days grace period they will give only 3 days to pay rent and the late charge is steep (hundreds of dollars). When you send notice that you are vacating (after the lease is over) they will get angry and turn on you. They will deduct all kinds of things from your deposit. In short I will not recommend going with them.
