After losing our family doctor, Dr. Moynihan, to retirement, we were really stressed about finding a new PCP. Especially since we are prescribed medications that are controlled and not all doctors in California are willing and able to prescribe. Worst experience ever. Intake was horrific and the amount of appointments required to continue care for something minimal was unbelievable.. I never went to the Dr's. Office so much over nothing in my life.
First off, Dr. Gill is an excellent active listener. She's very good at piecing details together on the fly and building a gestalt understanding of what's going on. But she's also adept at explaining the "why" and rationale of her recommendations so the logic of care makes intuitive sense. She's a Godsend, fullstop
Awful intake process and rude staff. Took weeks to call me back and forced to resign stuff due to a faulty system only to find that there was a 3 month wait to get in. I don’t appreciate my time being wasted and if it takes that long to get a call back, imagine what would happen if you really needed to get ahold of the doctor. Do better.
Staff is very kind doctor is very personable and knowledgeable. After having several negative experiences with doctors this has been a breathe of fresh air. They really care about their patients on an individual level and have been instrumental in helping me resolve several health issues
