It isnt luxury, but having a spatious, liveable small apt and a great location that is super clean in NYC is equal to luxury in my mind! Great service and staff! Thank you for a great stay. My daughter and I were here for a full week for a dance intensive at Pace University. We needed the ability to spread out a little and not have to eat out every meal! Thanks to the staff there for assisting in making our stay great!
I am unhappy and decided to share my review before our stay ends. The laundry, games room, and TV is out of order (and is listed as working on the website). A number of reviews mention the indifference of staff when things are reported. I experienced this too. I sent an email asking for details of the manager - only the name was given, and no email address. This hotel costs over £6,000.00 for our stay. I do not believe it is value for money. 5 stars all around. Amazing customer service. They provided a pack n play as well as a high chair for our baby. They helped retrieve a forgotten item after check out and even held our bags so we wouldn’t have to lug them around while we explored before our flight.
From the beginning, I was super impressed with the very friendly, kind and helpful staff. I loved the set up of our apartment. It was super clean with lots of storage space. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. The walk to the subway was also easy. I would stay here again and again.
