A warm welcome from Alicia at the front desk started my visit right. Big rooms, great view of the city, better than expected!
I mean it’s a hotel so nothing crazy. Nice views, decent vending machine options, better than a super 8 but at least super 8 has parking. $50 a day parking would have been something to add into their website since they don’t have their own parking spaces you have to use the public one inside their building. Unfortunately spent $450 on just parking to stay at this place
I had booked to stay at Placemakr Music Row via Airbnb between Christmas and New Year (27th - 30th) - due to weather reasons I was unable to travel at the last minute. At first instance of flight delay notification (25th December) pre the snow storm I messaged the host to notify and asked about the possibility of extending the free cancelation policy - they replied in a timely manner and advised me that it would be Airbnb to make that call. We were screwed over massively by this place, we have accomodation booked for the 29-01jan which we booked months before… we received an email from booking.com on the day of our check in (a few hours before) that they had overbooked and our booking was cancelled and we would be refunded in 12 days. This put us out of pocket nearly 1000 dollars and forced us to have to find alternative accommodation over new years in Nashville. Super disappointing.
This is a difficult review for me to write… Check In - requested an early check in, which was accommodated for a $50 charge, not bad! Front desk gal (didn’t catch her name!) was excellent throughout our stay. The space itself - excellent! Everything we needed, and more.
