Hands down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed out. Felt like home away from home. Did not feel like we were staying in a hotel. Our room was huge!! 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Felt like our own apartment. Location is exactly 1 mile from the food hall on Broadway. Perfect location. Nice little brisk walk into downtown. I would most definitely stay here again. The staff is very nice as well. No problems at all!
The staff was super sweet, from the time we checked in until the time we left. They made sure if we needed anything it was taken care of. The one woman at the front desk was just the nicest person! Always asking how our night was & what were we up to that day. The keypad to get on the elevator & in the rooms was very easy to use & we had no issues. The rooms were nice and clean.
Deceptive advertising. Awfully loud neighbors. When you text the number they give you during check in to make sure you can reach someone, nobody answers. I had someone staying or living above me that actually sounded like elephants destroying the whole place. It was incesante and extremely distruptive. I also arrived to rugs and floors that looked like they really needed at least a vacuum. Not as it seems.
Do NOT book this place. My Fiancé and I have a weeding in two weeks. We have had a room block at this hotel for at least 6 months, if not a year. I was called a few months back by the new management saying even though management has changed, there would be no changes to our reservation/block. We received an email from their staff on Friday, 9/26 asking US (who again are two weeks away from our wedding) to personally call our own guests staying with them to get their credit cards?
