We were screwed over massively by this place, we have accomodation booked for the 29-01jan which we booked months before… we received an email from booking.com on the day of our check in (a few hours before) that they had overbooked and our booking was cancelled and we would be refunded in 12 days. This put us out of pocket nearly 1000 dollars and forced us to have to find alternative accommodation over new years in Nashville. Super disappointing.
This is a difficult review for me to write… Check In - requested an early check in, which was accommodated for a $50 charge, not bad! Front desk gal (didn’t catch her name!) was excellent throughout our stay. The space itself - excellent! Everything we needed, and more. I absolutely love this place. I found it last month when I needed to book a lat minute room. I came back this month for business as usual. Its always a wonderful stay. The staff is very nice and hospitable. The manager runs it with pride. I highly recommend.
