I stay here everytime I’m in Nashville and visit family and I must say I enjoy my stay everytime. Most importantly, the service is always amazing. The front desk receptionist, Coreyonna always, ALWAYS, greets us with a smile and any request I have she’s on it promptly. Besides, the Clubhouse tv’s not working and the pool being closed, I have no complaints at all. I will be back soon!

If you value safety and a good nights rest don’t book here. 1. Was charged $50 to check in early at 1pm Within that first hour a hotel employee breaks into my room without any notice while I’m showering to drop off two water glasses…. Very strange when the entire apartment is fully stocked. Might have been a way to steal valuables. The locks on the doors are all PIN code locks, and all employees have access to the PIN codes. Wow! This was a top notch place to stay. My daughter and I stayed for 4 nights and haven’t a single complaint - only wonderful things to say. Incredibly clean. Well appointed - including a dishwasher, washer and dryer! Spacious. You can pay a little extra to have housekeeping come in during your stay but we didn’t need it for just 4 days. We can make our own beds. Lol. Front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. If I’m ever back in Nashville, this is where I’ll be staying. Highly recommend Placemakr Music Row.

I was staying there last week I had a "wheelchair accessible room" which the only thing that was considered wheelchair accessible is that the doorways were big enough. The kitchen cup & dishes were in high cabinets. The bathroom mirror was high the shower didn't shampoo condition & soap was up high the sink was to high hangers were to high to reach stove was to high to use. I wanted to lease an apartment. I visited Placemakr to tour the units, and the guide did not know which units correspond to the floor plans listed online. I thought the units were stunning, and wanted more information. The guide instructed me to contact the leasing manager. I wrote an email to both the sales associate and the leasing manager. The sales associates called me a few days later. However, the leasing manager failed to respond to my email after a week. After calling again, she claimed she would look into the units ... read more
