This morning I witnessed Dr Kesh open the window of her white Tesla and throw out a plastic bottle into the road at the corner of Maclan and Florence. She saw me trying to get her attention as she sped through the intersection on to Corner Road going close to 50 mph in a 35 mph Zone. I have you on camera Doctor and would love to know why you felt entitled to throw your trash out onto our roads and why you feel like you are entitled to not obey the law
