This place is a joke. I have NEVER seen a place that allows the Guardian to make ridiculous rules for the other parent to follow like not being able to take child to restroom or not allowing other parent to take pictures of their child. Not documenting anything the child has said that's going on in their home. All they do is have young girls that have NO children supervised visits and tell parent what they can do or say. My child fell and hit his head at the facility under close supervision with case worker with his dad. I understand accidents happen but the protocol was inadequate and I am highly disappointed. No documents given to full legal custodial mother. Case worker said my son was fine, not sure what credentials she has to make this judgement and not notify custodial parent when incident happened. Under mothers care, my child was taken to a doctor and has a concussion.
