I found the service departments bedside manner very off putting. I called to schedule an appointment to look into what might be a warranty issue which Michael dismissed as "it could be mouse damage". I said please look anyway. I dropped the truck off two weeks later and was called the next morning saying they needed to investigate further. I agreed, almost a week later still no answer.
