They don’t care for the the patients like they should, especially during this pandemic when you cannot put eyes on your loved ones in person. Find somewhere else for your family member if you can.
I call the resident line so much and have only ever gotten them to answer 2 times! I live 3 states away, so I can never get in contact with my grandma! The receptionist is very RUDE when she talks on the phone. They don't get her to talk to me when I call the main office either. They put me on hold forever just to tell me to call back, and when I call back I still don't get to speak to her! I've even asked them to have her call me. Nothing!
