I don’t usually leave reviews, but this situation deserves one. This has been the worst place I’ve lived, and it is entirely due to the property’s poor and irresponsible management. I moved out about three months ago. Before leaving, I submitted my 60-day notice and completed the required move-out form with the manager, Sarah Jones. I was a resident of Place 72 (now renamed Vita 72, probably in an attempt to avoid prospective renters from seeing lousy review of the complex) for 13 years, until I moved out in 2025. During that time I've dealt with numerous sets of managers and maintenance crew (Seldin property "mis-management" was the band of incompetents when I moved out). I was really looking forward to touring the apartments, however when I arrived it was difficult to contact the woman who was giving me a tour. Unfortunately, the “tour” was also less than 5 minutes long. I was simply let into the model apartment to look around and was not shown any other area of the apartment buildings. This is especially disappointing as I took time off of work to tour, and only spent 5 minutes there. Can't even be assed to reliably respond to a tour request. No good instructions on where to go. What a "fantastic" first impression.
Hay problemas con el laundry que tardan demasiado en solucionar, grietas en las paredes, la tasa manchada y debajo de mi apartamento vive una vecina que además que fuma demasiado, se la pasa tocando en el techo y molestando constantemente pq hasta caminar yo en mi apartamento a ella le molesta , realmente ya me siento incómoda aquí…
