New management at Vita 72. I'm hoping they do a better job than the last management staff. So far so good. I've only submitted one maintenance service ticket, and it was properly handled in a timely manner. My building has been clean and quiet, and communal areas have been better maintained. New management is also working on property improvements.
I have been a tenant here since December 2025 and very pleased with what the new Management has done to the place. The outside landscaping has all been upgraded and is beautiful and more improvement to follow. And when needing service and repairs, they are on top of things. I’ve had issues with rent, and they were willing and very helpful in working with me to get things straightened out. A very pleasant team to work with. It is extremely stressful trying to contact or obtain information from this administration. I have requested several repairs in my apartment, but they just come by, look around, and leave—never to return.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but this situation deserves one. This has been the worst place I’ve lived, and it is entirely due to the property’s poor and irresponsible management. I moved out about three months ago. Before leaving, I submitted my 60-day notice and completed the required move-out form with the manager, Sarah Jones.
