EDIT. The response back that I was referred and the names of patients are similar is a concern. The fact you wrote so much to excuse the neglectful behavior of your staff is ridiculous. I’d just like to say my appointment today for a Root Canal was absolutely phenomenal from , checking in , my chair was comfortable and most of all Dr Watts and his assistance made this root canal a great experience. He knew how to keep me at ease from numbing to completing the procedure ! Such a great experience for sure ! Thanks Doc !!!
Dr Pla is AMAZING! I had to have a root canal redone from 15 years ago. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. Her front desk team was very helpful and her surgical assistant and team were so great. They checked in with me throughout the procedure and told me what was happening as they did it. Very happy with this location. The office is comfortable and calming. Thank you Dr. Pla and team. Highly recommend.
Impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, and they got me in quickly too! My first root canal and they explained every step of the process...
Terrible experience. She’s mean and unpleasant She kept trying to out my head in a position that I was unable to accomplish due to severe cervical spine arthritis and retrolisthesis of C3, 4 and 5. She yelled and chastised me multiple times. I left in tears and in pain.
