Dr Pla is AMAZING! I had to have a root canal redone from 15 years ago. I was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. Her front desk team was very helpful and her surgical assistant and team were so great. They checked in with me throughout the procedure and told me what was happening as they did it. Very happy with this location. The office is comfortable and calming. Thank you Dr. Pla and team. Highly recommend.

Terrible experience. She’s mean and unpleasant She kept trying to out my head in a position that I was unable to accomplish due to severe cervical spine arthritis and retrolisthesis of C3, 4 and 5. She yelled and chastised me multiple times. I left in tears and in pain.
Finding Dr Watts and team is like finding a diamond and not wanting to tell others about it. After an absolute horrific emergency consult at another place, I was referred into Dr Watts. His team worked with my advocate and they lead with empathy, listening, and understanding- rather than accusations, gaslighting, and outright lies from the other place. I had a root canal retreatment done by Dr Pla and had a great experience here. I came in really nervous about the procedure, but Dr Pla and her team took the time and effort to explain every part of the procedure step by step as we went along. I also felt no pain at all during the procedure. They were fast and very efficient. The office is also equipped with the latest technologies available. Would highly recommend this office if you’re looking for a place to get your root canals done!
