Dr. Watts is a five star plus Endodontist. He so graciously worked me into his schedule, and took care of my tooth pain with the least painful injection I have ever had. His staff are warm, attentive, and knowledgeable.
Excellent experience. I had to get an emergency root canal and they were able to get me in the same day. I was so thankful, as I was in so much pain. My pain is completely gone. I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. Communication and friendliness was exceptional. Thank you!
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here for my root canal. I was referred here by my original dentist due to the first root canal failing. I have a history of dental anxiety and they offered me absolutely nothing to calm down and said they do not have gas either when I asked. They just kept repeating that dental anxiety is real as I was crying in the seat. And then they were incredibly rough during the exam as well. EDIT. The response back that I was referred and the names of patients are similar is a concern. The fact you wrote so much to excuse the neglectful behavior of your staff is ridiculous. I hope you have a risk adjustment audit because you're company, staff and all encompassing personal are a risk...
