Given my ignorance, Kevin could have performed and charged me for a big ticket job, but he notice the P-drain was dry and had me pour a couple cups of water into it to stop the bad smell. He was a real pro!

Kevin was so nice and he did a great job at explaining how to take care of my squeaky clean water softener !
Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance and was given an arrival window of 8:30–9:30 AM. Unfortunately, there was no call and no show during that time. At 9:30, I finally received a text saying the technician was “on the way.” I understand that jobs can run over, but it’s common courtesy — and basic professionalism — to communicate delays to customers ahead of time.
