I got the P&L Signature Spa pedicure. Amazing!! The time she took scrubbing and massaging. She paid so much attention to detail on each task. Incredible. And the paraffin wax... omg heavenly!
My sister had a terrible experience at this nail salon. She went in very excited to try out a new nail salon and left in tears. She came home and started to bail her eyes out once she got a good look at her nails. The gel powder was uneven and thick, the nails were not shaped correctly, and the french tip was lopsided. She ended up phoning them and they told her on the phone and on texts that she could come in the next day and get a refund.
