P&L where pretty friendly on helping me install what I needed on my car, with mixed reviews about weather or not to go to them I gave the benefit of the doubt and went. It was reccomended by a friend to go there who has a 13 STI. I took it there for a coilover installation and they did it very quickly and gave me options on what to do when something went wrong. Thanks for your perseverance in tracking down that ghost in my machine! It no longer loses power going over bumps. Nobody else was able to fix this problem, and like they say, "if it was easy, everyone would be doing it." You guys are AWESOME!!!🏁
No recommendation, treat people better
They could learn the meaning of good customer service, professionalism and mostly integrity. The people I personally had to deal with was Paul the owner, his employee Zack, the first person I encountered was I believe was Alan, not sure but I was there when we dropped off my son's car to be turbo charged and their tuner (subcontractor), was the worst. Everytime I talk to Kathy or anybody at P&L they’re always super helpful and answer any and all questions I may have. What actually prompted me to finally write a review, though, was something I just received in the mail from them. I ordered some AVCS access plates which are CNCd in house and let me say, it’s some beautiful, quality work that doesn’t break the bank. And of course, I ordered it late on Wednesday and got it friday which I’m stoked about. Thanks P&L!
Let me begin with acknowledging that I am a huge skeptic of all mechanics and very much a stickler in making sure the work is done right because I drive long distances. I LOVE this place. I’ve bought five Subaru’s and we have four of them now. They will be serviced only by P and L (and Grand Subaru when necessary) 💝
