They are miracle workers! Both myself and my daughter were suffering for a couple of years - me with my left hip/glute/back and her with one of her feet - we don't know how the pain started, but after having enough, we went to an orthopaedists - hers gave her mediation and told her to buy orthodics which cost total of $450, which did nothing...mine told me it was muscle spasms, and I was more than relieved (thinking it was something much worse...) and advised me to go to physical therapy.
