Do not use this company unless you want to be harassed and treated poorly. Within my first 72 hours of signing up, I was bombarded with exactly 30 emails, multiple texts, and phone calls. These Facts have been CHECKED. Some of these were automated demands for an invoice I had already paid others just to get across the onboarding line. Clean, spacious, well lit, powered units, keyless entry, and cameras make it leaps and bounds better than other local options... and believe me I looked! Can not rate PKG Storage highly enough.

I did 3 laps around the premises and couldn't find a front door / office entry door. Maybe I'm stupid but nothing was clearly labelled as the entry, and I didn't want to just enter an unlabeled door so I had to take my business else ware. (I only wanted boxes) If someone can show me to door which is obvious and show that I'm stupid, I'll happily take down my review.
