If I could give a 0/5 I would The most unprofessional practice of medicine/health there is for god knows the radius. Doctors refusing to help, refusing to listen and constantly giving “anxiety” as every symptom possible, EVEN BROKEN BONES! Refusing to listen or do more than 1 point of medical help per appointment as “it’s not their job to be ensuring they fix everything at once”. Unacceptable customer service. On both occasions I visited, I was forced to wait over an hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor. When I raised my concerns with the receptionist—who was polite—I was told that waiting an hour past the scheduled appointment time is standard practice. This completely defeats the purpose of having an appointment system. A total waste of time, and I will not be returning.
When googling to get the number to book an appointment I saw the extremely low rating and felt the need to leave a review. I have been attending this doctors since moving to the area in 2020. My previous doctor left and now I have been seeing Dr Balin regularly. Fantastic doctor, professional, thorough and to be fair a nice guy. New to the area and seeking an urgent appointment. Firstly, the receptionist hung up on me. I then travel to the surgery to find the doors locked, after opening hours, no patients obviously but no appointments available. When I asked the receptionist if I could possibly be seen by the doctor, who was sitting in his room with no patients to be seen, before the first patient arrives. Disgraceful an hour and 10 minutes wait while people just keep going past you . I will never to a doctor again unless ambulance takes . Because the centre is so greedy happy to book you in 15 minutes intervals, no respect to patients or people for that matter . Book less people have longer consultations. And then when asking how long it’s going apparently I’m raising my voice and being rude .
