Malcolm was very professional and did an excellent job explaining my furnace quote. I would highly recommend P.K. Wadsworth Heating & Cooling to my family and friends.
During our initial consultation, Malcolm was very thorough and explained all of our options to replace the furnace. He assessed and measured the rooms inside our home to determine the best options to present which will provide the proper solutions which will meet both our current and future needs. Malcolm carefully listened and repeatedly asked if I had any additional questions. He represented the company well.
Collin very patiently located the likely problem with two radiators last week and came back and replaced the faulty parts. All done quietly and efficiently. Very much appreciated
Ethan did a great job adjusting my heat pump and furnace settings today. Excellent work.
