The technician, Richard K, quickly identified and solved the loose wiring problem of my heat pump. Good job.
Dan and his associate arrived as scheduled and performed the required relocation work on our air conditioning unit. Efficient, polite and thorough, everything was done to specification. We continue to be very pleased with PKW for our HVAC and plumbing.
