The electrical department at PK is amazing they give free quotes for panel changes and generators and even if your not looking for that their service call fees are the lowest I have heard about anywhere! Call PK Wadsworth for great experienced electricians!
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I’ve been trying to get PK Wadsworth to respond to my complaint for 6 weeks with no luck. I’ve called multiple times, sent an email and a letter via US mail. I’ve refused to schedule an inspection to close the building permit and refused to sign off on the work with the finance company so PK Wadsworth has not been paid for the work. The technician from PK Wadsworth found a CO level of 465 in my furnace exhaust flue, and he shut down the furnace for safety. He recommended a new furnace. I called another company for a second opinion, and that technician could not get a CO reading over 80 in the flue. He assured me his testing equipment had been calibrated recently, and the furnace is fine.
They are excellent! I had some issues over the summer with my AC and I was serviced by Richard and Michael. Both gentlemen explained everything very clearly and walked me through my best options. I felt like I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend every time!
