Had a maintenance call on our A/C units today and Ethan M. was outstanding. Professional, thorough, and friendly. He explained everything very clearly, provided photos of all the units and offered practical recommendations. We appreciate his expertise!
Ethan Milko did a great job today he was professional and every way and talking with him I see he has a great sense of humor I would definitely allow him in my house again
Dan Simpson was here to fix my air conditioning problem. He spent hours to try to find and fix the problem. In the end that the problem could not be fixed easily and he recommended a new unit. So there will be sales people to come tomorrow to show me the unit. He is thorough and very patient in explaining things to me.. He tried to help customer find the best solution for the problem. A very good technician. I highly recommend him for service.
I called because my basement had water on the floor and David came to check it out. He knew immediately what the problem was, fixed it quickly, and explained why it happened and what to do to to possibly avoid problems in the future. David was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and even helped me put a new fan together to air out the affected carpeting! He took the time to address the many questions I had about my furnace and air conditioner which I really appreciated. Great job! From a very satisfied customer.
