Been waiting for a call since December. I call two-three times a week and keep hearing the same thing. My manager will call you back or we have to speak to someone in compliance and call you back.
If I could give the a 0 I would the property management that run their property in Greenville SC names Highland Square Apts the management is very poor they sit in the office and do nothing they give the tenants that pay their rent ad don't cause any trouble a very hard time but the tenants that cause the trouble they treat with the upmost respect and let them get a way with everything. I was suppose to be moving into one of the properties this company manages, but I gave my deposit and then was told my rent would be doubled after the fact so I changed my mind and wanted my deposit back. It has been going on almost 4 months now I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have been given the run around time and time again and now I cannot get in contact with headquarters. This management group obviously cares nothing about their reviews. If their name is on the property, don’t move there. I experienced a fatal shooting in front of my building and have tried to get in touch with them for a week and have gotten no response. They don’t care about anything but taking your money. They manage their properties terrible. Ghetto staff!
