If I could give 0 stars I would! I was suppose to be moving into one of the properties this company manages, but I gave my deposit and then was told my rent would be doubled after the fact so I changed my mind and wanted my deposit back. It has been going on almost 4 months now I have yet to receive my deposit back. I have been given the run around time and time again and now I cannot get in contact with headquarters. This management group obviously cares nothing about their reviews. If their name is on the property, don’t move there. I experienced a fatal shooting in front of my building and have tried to get in touch with them for a week and have gotten no response. They don’t care about anything but taking your money. They manage their properties terrible. Ghetto staff!
