I still in the Bicentennial Towers Apartments And this building is infested with Roaches now Bed Bugs,The Office knows and I called PK Management a Few Times and Nothing The rent Keeps going up higher and the laundry Rooms also has Roaches and Bed Bugs in them Rooms also and NOTHING We're paying Rent for Roaches,It's in our Refrigerators,Stoves and Ovens now in the Microwaves smh DO SOMETHING
These are the new owners of Captiol green Apartments in Albany. What a joke not even a working phone number to reach out to the owners. I have many concerns and complaints and work orders that are not being filled or honored and I don’t even have a working phone number to talk to these people
I live at Willow woods apartments in Radford va.Ive been here almost 3 years.Ive had to deal with so much since the day of moving in like my heat not working tub full of water refrigerator and freezer not working the water heater going out having no hot water in the winter time .when I first moved in my building was somewhat quit beside the active drug dealers in my building and the drug traffic now that has quit .Now we have neighbors who are having domestic violence among themselves and their company to the point all week ... read more
Fox hill apartments office staff are horrible in the last 2 years we have had 5 property managers and who knows how many maintenance men and other staff they either get fired or quit. Rent go up every year but I have never had a work order competed you might as well assume that a work order is not going to get done, people have complained about mold in their apartments and I knew 2 women just in my complex that had to wait 2 summers to get their air conditioning fixed.
